"Ancestral" is a tribute to indigenous communities and the silent strength of our ancestors. Each fragment contains natural leaves suspended in resin, as if time had stopped to preserve their energy, memory and spirit.

The work is composed of small pieces that, when joined together, form a visual community. Each one is different, with its own shape and colour, but together they create a harmonious whole, just as the peoples who lived in balance with nature did.

The translucent green evokes the earth, the forest, life flowing and renewing itself. The leaves, with their aged tones, remind us of the wisdom that dwells in the ancient and the importance of honouring those who came before us.

Ancestral invites us to pause, to look with respect at the beauty of the essential, and to reconnect with the deep roots that unite us to nature and to the collective memory of those who taught us to live in harmony with it.
